When solving problems and technical issues, we really need to concentrate – sometimes it can take all day. When we’re talking, our brains go so fast but only a few words come out – it can be difficult to express a complete thought. I think this is why people often don’t understand what we mean.
Being a product manager is not easy for me. I have to lead a team, I have never spoken so much! You know, I even had to take speaking classes so I could communicate more clearly, to help me understand the way other people think. Everybody can see I’m getting better, but I still need to push myself.”
